This Privacy Policy and Terms of Use ("Policy") applies to the website ipcameraadapterapp.com (the "Site") and to the IP Camera Adapter desktop application and any companion utilities (collectively, the "App") published by Taktwo Beta Labs LLC ("Taktwo Beta Labs", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site or the App, you agree to the practices described below.

Information we collect
We try to collect as little information as possible. The categories below describe what may be collected:
- Information you send us. If you email us for support, request payment instructions for a donation, or otherwise contact us, we receive the contents of your message and your email address so we can respond.
- Usage information. Like most websites, our web host records standard server log data such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamps. We use this to keep the Site secure and to understand which pages are useful.
- Cookies and similar technologies. The Site uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies for session and preference handling. We do not use advertising cookies on ipcameraadapterapp.com.
- The App itself. The IP Camera Adapter desktop application processes the video feed you configure entirely on your computer. We do not receive your camera URL, credentials, or video frames.
How we use information
We use the information described above only to operate and improve the Site and App, to answer your support requests, to process donations or commercial orders you ask us to, and to keep our services secure.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Site (for example hosting providers), or when we are required to by law.

We keep support emails for as long as is reasonably necessary to handle your request and our records. Server logs are kept for a short period for security and diagnostic purposes.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing support@ipcameraadapterapp.com. The IP Camera Adapter software is distributed under the license shown on the Documentation page. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be announced on the Site.
